Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement, surveillance, and loss prevention, with the ability to lead a team effectively. This role involves managing security personnel, implementing security protocols, and ensuring the protection of personnel, property, and assets through proactive measures and surveillance technologies such as CCTV.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security staff to ensure comprehensive coverage and effective response to incidents.
Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect suspicious activities or security breaches.
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with company standards and legal requirements.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
Lead investigations into security incidents, documenting findings accurately and coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
Train security personnel on surveillance techniques, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response protocols.
Oversee access control procedures to ensure authorized personnel are granted entry while unauthorized individuals are denied access.
Maintain detailed records of incidents, patrols, and security activities for reporting purposes.

Requirements

Proven experience in law enforcement, private security, or related fields with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively under pressure.
Good understanding of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and legal compliance standards.
Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions in high-pressure environments.
Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents and coordinating with law enforcement agencies when needed.
Certifications related to security management or law enforcement are a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $17.20-$21.75 per hour
