Choice Cabinet Canada is a growing kitchen cabinet company specializing in quality cabinetry, professional design, and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and motivated individual to join our warehouse and service team. This is a hands-on position combining cabinet assembly, delivery, warehouse organization, light woodworking, and occasional in-home service work.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, is comfortable using tools, works well independently, and understands the importance of representing our company professionally in customers’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Assemble premanufactured kitchen cabinets accurately and efficiently
- Inspect completed cabinets to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Load, secure, transport, and deliver cabinets to customers’ homes and job sites
- Provide professional and courteous service during deliveries
- Perform occasional in-home cabinet adjustments, repairs, and finishing work
- Modify cabinets, panels, fillers, and other components using a table saw and woodworking tools
- Read and understand cabinet plans, measurements, and technical drawings
- Receive and organize incoming cabinet orders and materials
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
- Assist with inventory control and tool maintenance
- Safely lift and move cabinets, countertops, and related materials
- Help troubleshoot and resolve minor cabinet or installation-related issues
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cabinet assembly, woodworking, construction, installation, or a similar hands-on role is preferred
- Comfortable and competent using table saws, drills, saws, and other power tools
- Able to read measurements, cabinet plans, and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and able to manage responsibilities with limited supervision
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Physically capable of safely lifting and carrying heavy cabinets and materials
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Additional Assets
- Kitchen cabinet installation or service experience
- Warehouse or inventory experience
- Forklift certification
- General carpentry or renovation experience
- Experience driving delivery vans or trucks

Experience
- Cabinet assembly: 1 year preferred
- Warehouse, woodworking, construction, or installation: 1 year preferred
Licence/Certification
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence required
