Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team on a chair rental basis. The ideal candidate will have a knack for hair styling and a dedication to exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll provide high-quality haircuts, styles, and grooming services, all while maintaining a welcoming and sanitary environment for our client. We are offering day rentals at $60 days , $300 a week and $1000 dollars a month

Responsibilities

Provide a range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment.
Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance the client’s hairstyle or grooming routine.
Upsell additional services or products to clients to enhance their experience.
Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty.

Experience

Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist with clientel
Strong skills in hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends.
Experience in customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Familiarity with front desk operations and retail sales is a plus.
A valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
