We're growing—and we're hiring across multiple locations in the Kingsville, Leamington, Harrow, and Amherstburg areas. We have several openings at all leadership levels: Supervisors, Junior Assistant Managers, Assistant Managers, and Restaurant Managers.

We're looking for multiple strong, people-first leaders to join our team. If hired, you'll be placed at one home location—you won't be expected to work across multiple stores. Just let us know which area works best for you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
No matter the title, leadership here means:
- Leading by example—on the floor, in the moment, during the rush
- Coaching and developing team members to perform at their best
- Holding standards for service, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Managing shifts, solving problems, and making real-time decisions
- Supporting hiring, training, and performance management
- Delivering results: speed, accuracy, guest experience, and sales
As roles progress (Assistant Manager → Manager), responsibilities expand to include:
- Scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
- Driving store performance and accountability
- Building a strong, positive team culture
- Owning results and leading business strategy at the store level
