Who you are
You have relevant experience. You bring 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, process engineering, or a closely related discipline, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional delivery in a regulated financial services environment. Certifications in Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma are an asset.
You put the customer first, always. You understand that the requirements you define and the processes you design shape how real customers experience Simplii. You keep their perspective at the centre of your analysis and advocate for solutions that minimize friction.
You turn ambiguity into clarity. You are a structured, confident communicator who can take a complex, poorly defined problem and bring calm, clarity, and actionable direction. Teams rely on you to help them move forward when they are stuck.
You think in systems. You naturally see how people, process, data, and technology connect across an end-to-end workflow. You look for upstream causes before recommending downstream fixes, designing solutions that are simple, scalable, and grounded in business value.
You hold a high bar. You produce concise, well-structured documentation and analysis that accelerates decision-making. You actively raise the standard of work around you through coaching, feedback, and example.
You bring people with you. You build trust quickly across functions, earn stakeholder confidence through transparency and follow-through, and guide teams toward shared understanding and aligned decisions, even when the path is not obvious.
You are curious and growth-minded. You are open to new tools, including AI-enabled methods, and continuously look for ways to improve the speed, quality, and impact of your work and your team’s work.
Values matter to you. You bring your real self to work, and you live our values - trust, teamwork, and accountability.
