Job Summary
The Experiential (XM) Account Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships, leading experiential marketing campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution of all activations. This individual acts as the primary point of contact between the agency and the client, providing strategic counsel, overseeing day-to-day operations, and delivering innovative, results-driven experiences that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the agency, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and results.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and status calls, providing strategic insights and updates on campaign progress.
- Translate client objectives into actionable strategies and ensure alignment on goals and KPIs.
Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Develop and oversee experiential marketing campaigns, including on-site activations, brand experiences, and event-based initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, operations, and finance) to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Oversee program execution, including pre-event planning, staffing, logistics, and post-event reporting.
Team Leadership
- Manage a team of Account Executives and Coordinators, providing mentorship, direction, and performance feedback.
- Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining oversight to ensure all deliverables meet client and agency standards.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and champion innovative thinking.
Budget and Financial Management
- Manage program budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Monitor expenses and negotiate with vendors to optimize cost efficiency.
- Ensure profitability of accounts while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Measurement and Reporting
- Define and track KPIs for all campaigns, ensuring measurable success aligned with client objectives.
- Analyze performance data and develop comprehensive post-program reports with actionable insights.
- Present campaign results to clients and recommend strategies for future optimizations.
Technology & Innovation
- Embrace emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), to enhance productivity, creativity, collaboration, and decision-making.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI-enabled solutions while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, ethics, and data security.
- Stay informed on emerging AI trends and best practices, applying new capabilities where they create value for clients, colleagues, and the organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in experiential marketing or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or client-facing role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events or activations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated content and insights, exercising sound judgment to ensure accuracy, quality, confidentiality, and alignment with client and organizational standards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with vendor management, permitting, and staffing for live events.
