Prepare, edit, and maintain Microsoft Word documents

Record detailed meeting notes and perform accurate, high-volume typing.

Manage executive calendars and schedules

Prepare and submit all travel and expense reports through Concur
-
Initiate and maintain payment of invoices, including purchase requisitions and purchase orders through SAP
-
Ensure timely collection and compilation of data, memos, correspondence and reports
-
Coordinate document review, editing and approvals as needed
-
Assist in formatting and preparing information for internal and external communication, such as memos, presentations and reports
-
Manage all domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations, including preparation of sensitive travel documents and Visa applications; and
-
The above duties and responsibilities are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive.
About You-
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, complex organizational setting, preferably within the legal sector, or an equivalent

Proficiency with MS Office applications, (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required

Outstanding organizational and time management skills required

Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills required

Availability to work flexible schedules to support various regions is required
-
Periodic travel may be required

Proficiency with SAP, Concur and related software preferred
Pay Range
$90,000- $100,000 per year
