At Royal Majesty Espresso Bar, you’ll work alongside experienced leaders who will help you build the skills and confidence to become an exceptional Assistant Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Help lead the daily operations of our busy café.
- Support and coach the team throughout each shift.
- Help train new employees and set a positive example.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Keep the café organized, clean, and running smoothly.
- Learn the leadership side of the business while remaining hands-on with the team.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You…
- Have experience in a café, coffee shop, bakery, or fast-paced restaurant.
- Have worked as a Shift Supervisor, Team Lead, Key Holder, or are the person others naturally look to for help.
