In this HVAC Contractor role, you’ll support residential HVAC installations and related service work, helping build and expand our growing HVAC division. From heat pumps to air handlers and system upgrades, your expertise will play a key role in delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable service to our clients.

SERVICE EXPECTATIONS
- Complete assigned HVAC installation, service, and maintenance work in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate directly with customers regarding scheduling, site access, and installation updates to ensure positive client experience
- Maintain communication with the Xolar team regarding project progress, material requirements, delays, and completion status
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with applicable codes, safety standards, manufacturer requirements, and industry best practices
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites while respecting customer property throughout all stages of work
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality workmanship and adherence to Xolar installation standards
- Submit invoices, receipts, and required project documentation accurately on schedule
CONTRACTOR ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Certification(s): Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) level G1 or G2, and 313A or 313D HVAC license, WHMIS
- Maintain a minimum of $2,000,000 in general liability insurance. Xolar can assist with facilitating insurance if needed.
- Valid workplace safety insurance (WSIB or provincial equivalent)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and access to the professional-grade tools and equipment required for installs
- Experience in installing and servicing residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, or ductless systems
- Strong understanding of applicable HVAC codes, safety standards, and manufacturer installation requirements
