As a Supplier Program Analyst, you'll play an important role in supporting supplier performance and the successful delivery of key Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities. Working closely with internal subject matter experts, procurement teams, customers, and external suppliers, you'll help coordinate deliverables, monitor progress, manage documentation, and support the execution of critical supplier programs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, working with a variety of stakeholders, and turning complex information into clear, actionable insights. You'll gain exposure to major marine and defence programs while contributing to projects that have a direct impact on the sustainment and operational readiness of Canada's naval fleet.
- Coordinate supplier activities related to Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) deliverables, ensuring work progresses in accordance with contractual requirements and project schedules.
- Support the administration of ILS Statements of Work, subcontract documentation, and vendor deliverables.
- Collaborate with ILS subject matter experts to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support the successful execution of supplier work packages.
- Participate in supplier and customer meetings, supporting stakeholder engagement, technical discussions, and contract-related activities.
- Review and analyze supplier schedules, progress reports, and performance metrics to identify risks, trends, and areas requiring attention.
- Prepare summaries, status updates, reports, and presentations to support project decision-making and stakeholder visibility.
- Support priority-setting, issue resolution, and recovery planning activities to help maintain schedule and delivery objectives.
- Coordinate and document changes to supplier contracts, deliverables, and subcontract packages.
- Maintain accurate records and procurement-related documentation in support of project and contractual requirements.
- A post-secondary degree in a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret schedules and translate data into actionable insights.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
