Support the Lead Portfolio Manager in overseeing discretionary management programs, private pooled funds, and model portfolios.

Advise Portfolio Managers and Wealth Management Advisors on portfolio management best practices, investment analysis, and risk management.

Develop and enhance technology tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, program oversight, and overall performance.

Produce strategic analyses, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making and the continued evolution of portfolio management platforms.

Design documentation, training materials, and communication tools, and ensure their effective distribution to key stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal partners, including Compliance, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Senior Management teams, to ensure sound governance of investment programs.

Within the Portfolio Management sector, you will join a team recognized for its expertise, rigor, and strategic influence on portfolio managers and wealth management teams. Reporting to the Lead Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in supporting discretionary management programs and advancing portfolio management tools and practices. Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the securities industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

CFA designation or CIM® certification.

Registered as a Portfolio Manager with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), or eligible for registration.

Extensive experience in discretionary portfolio management, investment mandate analysis, and risk management.

Strong knowledge of portfolio management, compliance, investment analysis, and risk monitoring platforms and tools.

Demonstrated experience developing analytical reporting and automating processes using tools such as Power Automate or Power Apps.
