Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring speedy output during high-volume service
- Work as part of a high-energy team with strong communication and collaboration
- Follow company food preparation, plating, and food safety standards
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and ready for action
- Support all areas of the kitchen as needed during busy game-day service
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is considered an asset
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Energetic, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic food handling and preparation knowledge
- Comfortable working under pressure during high-volume events
- Minimum availability of 3 days per week
- Flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and major match days
