What You Bring:
- 5-Star customer service mindset

- Diploma or certificate in graphic design
- Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showing print and digital design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of vinyl printing and installation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and pivot between priorities with ease
- High attention to detail, including strong proofreading skills
- Sensitivity and respect for diverse cultural practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Clear and recent background check (Security Clearance)
Your Role as a Graphics Designer:
As part of our dedicated Graphics Design team, you’ll deliver 5-Star Customer Service to families through:
- Design and produce print and digital materials for funeral services, including programs, invitations, memorial items, and online content.
- Maintain and enhance the funeral home’s visual identity through consistent branding practices.
- Review and revise designs based on family or management feedback.
- Create and manage digital content for the company website and social media platforms.
- Work closely with families to understand preferences and provide guidance on design choices.
- Collaborate with staff and other departments to ensure designs meet service and branding standards.
- Ensure sensitive, culturally appropriate, and accurate visual representation in all materials.
- Assist in covering graphic vacations over weekends and holidays
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Maintain organized files of design work for internal use and archival purposes.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials or presentations as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.
