Company Description:
At PCL Graphics, we're more than a print shop—we're a team of problem-solvers. As a growing family-owned business, we believe our people are our greatest asset. We don't micromanage—we empower our employees with the training, trust, and support they need to succeed. Every project is unique, creating an environment where you'll continue to learn, grow, and make an impact.
Role Description:
As a Production Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for operating a variety of cutting and fabrication equipment, including CNC routers, laser cutters, and vinyl cutting machines, to produce high-quality custom products. Working closely with your Team Lead and Production Manager, you'll help keep production running efficiently by inspecting finished products, performing basic machine maintenance, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and safely moving work through the production process. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to different machines and projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll become part of our Cutting & Fabrication team, operating a variety of production equipment including:

- Detail-oriented and committed to producing accurate work
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Reliable and punctual
- A positive team player who enjoys helping others succeed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
