Dans un contexte de croissance continue, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Administrateur(trice) Systèmes & Réseaux NV 2-3 polyvalent(e), proactif(ve) et ayant un esprit critique pour soutenir nos opérations informatiques quotidiennes et contribuer activement au développement de notre département TI.
Quelles seront vos principales responsabilités de ce rôle ?
Relevant du chef d’équipe T.I, vous serez impliqué(e) dans la conception, l’exploitation et l’optimisation des systèmes et réseaux.
Réseaux et infrastructures :
- Administrer et optimiser une architecture réseau (routing, switch, Vlans/Subnets, segmentation) et gérer les connexions intersites.
- Administrer et améliorer des systèmes de virtualisation (Proxmox) et de stockage (Synology).
- Opérer dans un centre de données tant au niveau matériel que logiciel.
Sécurité et pares-feux :
- Administrer des pares-feux et sécuriser les accès (NAT, IPS).
- Gérer les connexions distantes et inter-sites (VPN, Zero trust).
- Améliorer la sécurité et superviser les menaces (SIEM, EDR/XDR, IPS/IDS).
Systèmes Linux, Windows et Docker :
- Administrer et déployer des serveurs Linux, Windows et Docker (updates, permissions, HA, Proxy, LDAPS/SSO).
- Assurer le fonctionnement des services (DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Secret manager, ERP).
- Gestion des utilisateurs et outils (Mac OS, Windows 11, Debian).
Support et automatisation :
- Déployer et maintenir les outils de monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus etc...).
- Automatiser les tâches récurrentes (Ansible, scripts Bash/Python/PowerShell).
- Faire la documentation.
Et autres tâches connexes.
Qui êtes-vous ?
- 5+ années d’expérience en administration systèmes et réseaux niveau 2-3.
- Expérience en environnements virtualisés (Proxmox atout majeur).
- Expérience en entreprise de services T.I.
- Solide expérience sur des switches layer 2-3 (VLAN, Routing, ACL, RSTP, Sécurité).
- Maîtrise confirmée de firewalls (classe entreprise et open source) et des concepts de de cybersécurité réseau (VPN, Zero Trust, DMZ, IPS).
- Bonne connaissance des environnements Linux et Dockers/LXC.
- Expérience solide en virtualisation et systèmes HA.
- Expérience avec systèmes de logs, de monitoring, EDR/XDR et SIEM.
- Attrait pour l’automatisation et le Scripting (Git, Ansible, Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Bilingue français-anglais. La connaissance de l’anglais est requise pour ce poste, puisque la personne titulaire devra communiquer régulièrement avec des employés et partenaires à l’extérieur du Québec.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à résoudre les problèmes, votre persévérance, votre adaptabilité et votre autonomie.
Atouts :
- Certifications CCNA, CCNP, LPIC, Linux Foundation, Fortinet NSE, CompTIA Security+.
- Connaissances Microsoft365 (Entra, Teams, OneDrive/Sahrepoint, Purview, Exchange).
- Zero Trust et VPN WireGuard ou IPSec.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a versatile, proactive, and critical-thinking Systems & Network Administrator LV 2-3 to support our daily IT operations and actively contribute to the development of our IT department.
What you will be doing ?
Reporting to the IT Team Lead, you will be involved in the design, operation, and optimization of systems and networks.
Networks and infrastructure:
- Manage and optimize network architecture, including routing, switching, VLANs/subnets, and segmentation, and manage inter-site connections.
- Administer and improve virtualization systems, including Proxmox, and HA storage systems
- Operate within a data center environment, both at the hardware and software levels.
Security and firewalls:
- Manage firewalls and secure access, including NAT and IPS.
- Manage remote and inter-site connections, including VPN and Zero Trust.
- Improve security and monitor threats, including SIEM, EDR/XDR, and IPS/IDS.
Linux, Windows, and Docker systems:
- Manage and deploy Linux, Windows, and Docker servers, including updates, permissions, HA, proxy, and LDAPS/SSO.
- Ensure the proper operation of services, including DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Secret Manager, and ERP.
- Manage users and tools, including macOS, Windows 11, and Debian.
Support and automation:
- Deploy and maintain monitoring tools, including Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Automate recurring tasks, including Ansible and Bash/Python/PowerShell scripts.
- Prepare and maintain documentation.
Perform any other related duties.
Who you are ?
- 5+ years of experience in Level 2/3 systems and network administration.
- Experience in virtualized environments; Proxmox is a major asset.
- Experience in an IT services company.
- Strong experience with Layer 2/3 switches, including VLANs, routing, ACLs, RSTP, and security.
- Proven proficiency with firewalls, including enterprise-class and open-source solutions, and network cybersecurity concepts such as VPN, Zero Trust, DMZ, and IPS.
- Good knowledge of Linux and Docker/LXC environments.
- Strong experience with virtualization and HA systems.
- Experience with logging systems, monitoring tools, EDR/XDR, and SIEM.
- Interest in automation and scripting, including Git, Ansible, Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
- Bilingual in English and French. Knowledge of English is required for this position, as the incumbent will regularly communicate with employees and partners outside Quebec.
- Recognized for your problem-solving skills, perseverance, adaptability and autonomy.
Assets:
