South Similkameen Health Centre is a collaborative primary care clinic where healthcare professionals work together to deliver client-centred and culturally safe care to the residents of the South Similkameen region. The clinic brings together family physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, and physiotherapists within an integrated care model that supports the health and wellness needs of registered patients.
In this role, the Physiotherapist is a valuable part of the Primary Care Network (PCN), providing the opportunity to work at the forefront of team-based community healthcare. As a Primary Care Physiotherapist, you will collaborate closely with primary care providers and allied health professionals to improve access to rehabilitation services, promote early intervention, and support patients in achieving their functional goals. The position emphasizes proactive, preventative, and evidence-informed care, helping patients manage both acute and chronic conditions while improving overall quality of life.
