Overview
True Sky Inc. develops, sells, implements, and supports enterprise-level Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software. We’re looking for a Junior Developer who will be responsible for supporting both maintenance of the existing application and adding new features and functionality.
In this role, you will be assisting with development relating to adding AI capabilities to an existing enterprise application as well as support of the existing enterprise application code base. Candidates should have experience with Visual Studio, C#, Blazor, CSS and Microsoft SQL Server. An ideal candidate would also have experience with Entity Framework, SignalR, COM+ Office Add-Ins and Windows Presentation Foundation.
Immediate Responsibilities
Work daily with Visual Studio, Blazor, CSS, Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework, MAUI and Telerik UI for Blazor
Review currently written Blazor pages and “rationalize” them ensuring layouts, structure, methods, naming conventions, etc. are consistent across all pages
Build new pages as required ensuring new pages meet standardization guidelines
Document each section of code in existing and newly created pages to help assist with long-term maintenance and support
Work on the visual aspect of each page to enhance the end-user experience
Modify pages as required to meet UI requirements across devices and device platforms
Continually look for ways to enhance performance in all areas of the system
Continually look for ways to enhance the user experience when interacting with the system
Long Term Responsibilities
Support of existing functionality and development of new functionality related to a COM-object add-in to Excel built in C# and Windows Presentation Foundation which interacts with a SQL Server database
Skills and Qualifications
1-2 years development experience
Proficiency with C# and .NET development using Visual Studio
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced development environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Interest or experience in integrating AI capabilities into software solutions
