The Role
We're looking for a skilled CNC Operator who enjoys producing high-quality precision components and continuously improving machining processes.
You'll operate and set up CNC mills, manufacture custom components, inspect finished parts, and work directly with our engineering team to bring new designs to life.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines
- Machine precision aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, and engineering materials
- Read engineering drawings and CAD models
- Select tooling, fixtures, and workholding
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment
- Deburr and finish machined components to a high cosmetic standard
- Manufacture prototype parts, fixtures, and production tooling
- Assist with machining injection mold components
- Maintain tooling inventory and machine cleanliness
- Identify opportunities to reduce machining time and improve quality
- Work closely with engineers during prototype development
Qualifications
- Experience operating CNC milling machines
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Familiarity with GD&T is an asset
- Comfortable using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing engineering environment
Nice to Have
Experience with any of the following is considered a strong asset:
- CAM software (Fusion 360, Mastercam, SolidCAM, etc.)
- CNC programming
- Toolpath optimization
- Fixture and workholding design
- Injection mold machining
- Prototype machining
- Surface finishing and polishing
- Manual mills or lathes
- 3D printing
- Vacuum fixtures
- High-speed machining
- Multi-axis machining
