Experienced CNC Press Brake Operator / Metal Fabricator

-We are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator / Metal Fabricator to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality fabricated components and enjoys working in a fast-paced custom manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication prints.
Produce accurate parts while maintaining tight tolerances.
Select proper tooling and perform machine setups.
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Assist with general fabrication duties as required.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of CNC press brake experience.
Strong blueprint reading skills.
Experience with machine setup, tooling selection, and bend sequence planning.
Ability to work with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will also have experience in one or more of the following:

MIG and TIG welding.
General metal fabrication.
Shear, saw, punch, or laser operation.
Understanding of CAD drawings and DXF files.
Basic CNC programming or editing.
Forklift and overhead crane experience.
Experience using precision measuring instruments.
Ability to assist with prototype and custom fabrication work.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and takes ownership of their work. The successful candidate will be comfortable working on a variety of fabrication projects and willing to assist in other areas of the shop as needed.
