Description complète du poste

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Class 3 Truck Driver to join our Transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a company vehicle and providing excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders.

Based out of Moncton, this role involves daily routes to Saint John and Fredericton, ensuring you are home every night. Please note that this position requires one trip to Edmundston per month, which includes an overnight stay fully covered by company expenses.

What You'll Do :

In this role, you will:

Operate and Maintain: Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company CDL vehicles, strictly ensuring adherence to all security and regulatory procedures.
Collaborate for Service: Collaborate with the operations team and customers to ensure a high level of customer service and a seamless delivery and retrieval process.
Deliver and Document: Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records, including loading, transporting, and driving the route without assistance.

What You'll Bring :

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum Age and License: Minimum age of 21 with a valid Class 3 Driver’s License and a consistently good driving record. Successfully meet the background check requirement.
Route Experience: At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
Physical requirements: The ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds). Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders. Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
Communication Skills: Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and demonstrable skills in customer service and clear verbal communication.
