Help Build One of the Fastest-Growing Real Estate Brokerages in the Fraser Valley
Century 21 Creekside Realty is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused professional to lead agent recruiting, agent engagement, and retention initiatives across our growing brokerage.
This is a key leadership role responsible for helping grow our brokerage from approximately 130 agents to 300 agents while maintaining a strong culture, high agent satisfaction, and exceptional support systems.

What You'll Do:
Agent Recruitment
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies.
- Identify and recruit experienced Realtors and real estate teams.
- Generate recruiting opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, industry events, and direct outreach.
- Conduct recruiting meetings and brokerage presentations.
- Maintain an active recruiting pipeline and CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospective agents.
- Coordinate recruiting campaigns, career nights, and recruiting events.
Realtor Relations & Retention
- Serve as a primary point of contact for our agents.
- Conduct regular agent check-ins.
- Support agent productivity, satisfaction, and engagement.
- Help identify and resolve concerns before they become issues.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture.
- Facilitate communication between agents and brokerage leadership.
Onboarding & Agent Success
- Manage onboarding for new agents.
- Ensure new agents quickly integrate into brokerage systems and culture.
- Coordinate mentorship and support initiatives.
- Develop programs that improve retention and agent loyalty.
Business Development & Community Presence
- Build relationships with local real estate schools, industry organizations, and community partners.
- Attend networking events and industry functions.
- Promote the brokerage's value proposition and culture within the marketplace.
What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications
- Real estate industry experience is an asset.
- Background in recruiting, sales, business development, account management, or relationship management.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently and achieving measurable goals.

Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package that may include:
