Position Summary
The Content Director is responsible for building the most influential media brand for Muslim entrepreneurs in the world.
This role owns the complete content ecosystem-from strategy to execution- with the objective of turning Mr. RFL into the world's leading voice on faith, entrepreneurship, wealth creation, family, and living a Rich, Fulfilling Life.
The Content Director will transform ideas into world-class content that inspires millions, builds trust, grows a loyal audience, and drives sustainable business growth through books, programs, events, and community.
This is not a social media management role.
This is a leadership position responsible for building and scaling a world-class media company.

Core Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy
Develop and own the long-term content strategy across every platform.
Responsible for:
· Annual content roadmap
· Quarterly campaigns
· Monthly themes
· Weekly content plans
· Daily publishing priorities
Every piece of content should support a larger business objective.
2. Brand Stewardship
Become the guardian of the Mr. RFL brand.
Ensure every piece of content reflects:
· Excellence
· Authenticity
· Faith
· Family
· Discipline
· Entrepreneurship
· Rich, Fulfilling Life philosophy
Protect the brand from trends that dilute credibility.
Maintain consistency in messaging, voice, visual identity, editing style, storytelling, and production quality.
3. Content Architecture
Design content systems rather than individual posts.
Example:
· One keynote becomes a YouTube video, podcast, 25 short clips, newsletter, LinkedIn article, Instagram carousel, X thread, and email sequence.
Nothing gets wasted.
4. Creative Direction
Lead the creative vision behind all content including storytelling, hooks, titles, thumbnails, retention, cinematics, locations, camera angles, music direction, visual identity, and emotional impact.
5. Production Leadership
Manage the complete production process including filming schedules, production calendar, shot lists, scripts, B-roll planning, travel shoots, event coverage, and podcast production.
6. Team Leadership
Recruit, mentor, and lead the content team.

7. Audience Growth
Own audience growth across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Podcast, and Newsletter.
8. Product Launch Support
Lead all content for books, courses, memberships, events, masterminds, and speaking engagements while coordinating messaging across every platform.
9. Analytics
Own weekly reporting. Measure watch time, retention, CTR, subscriber growth, follower growth, email growth, engagement quality, conversion to products, and revenue influenced.
10. Innovation
Continuously study storytelling, editing, platform changes, AI tools, emerging creators, and audience behaviour.
What We're Looking For-
Required Experience
- 5+ years leading content, media, or creative teams
- Proven success growing a personal brand, media company, or creator business
- Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, podcasts, and email marketing
- Experience leading end-to-end content production
- Exceptional storytelling and editorial instincts
- Strong leadership, project management and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions
Preferred Experience
- Experience launching books, online courses, memberships, or live events
- Experience building and managing creative teams
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and workflow tools
- Experience working with founders, executives, or personal brands
- Understanding of performance marketing and content funnels

Job structure:
·Hours of work: Standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday to Friday
·Core business hours aligned with Eastern time.
·Overtime, where applicable, will be compensated in accordance with the Ontario
Employment Standards Act (ESA).
