POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in an exciting and growing industry. Account Manager will take ownership of Envision account management with a focus on client retention, sales, up-selling, and cross-selling. This is a strategic and execution-focused role. You will be responsible for planning campaigns, sales, monitoring results, and recommending improvements based on performance data. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and strengthening the sales processes. This on-site position is ideal for sales professionals with strong customer relationship skills, problem solving skills, self-management skills, discipline, and a drive to succeed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition & Retention
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, prospective clients, past attendees, ambassadors, and other professional contacts.
- Provide superb customer service pre and post-sale.
Sales
- Identify new sales opportunities to increase registration in workshops, EMDR trainings, and professional development programs.
- Plan and manage sales campaigns, early-bird promotions, last-call campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special offers.
Up-selling & Cross-selling
- Identifying new opportunities within existing clientele to grow account revenue.
Contract Negotiation
- Identify and pursue outreach opportunities with professional associations, clinics, university, graduate programs, organizations, referral partners, and mental health communities.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and reports to support business negotiations and client retention efforts.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly sales reports and updates on return on investment initiatives.
- Provide recommendations to improve performance, sales processes, audience engagement, and registration outcomes.
- Analyze account performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies to improve results.
Business Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Prepare market and sales reports to the senior management.
EDUCATION
- B.A. in business administration, commerce, or marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years in commerce, marketing, sales, business development, or a related role.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, partnerships, or business development.
- Experience in professional education, continuing education, online learning, healthcare, mental health, coaching, wellness, or a service-based business is an asset.
- Experience with platforms such as Wix, Constant Contact, Canva, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, or similar tools is an asset.
- Strong written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong initiative and customer service orientation.
- High level of professionalism, trust, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

WHAT WE OFFER?
Job Type On-site (Pickering, ON office).
Employment Type Full-time (Monday-Friday; 40-44 hrs per week).
Level Mid-level (experience 4-7 years).
Salary $65,000-$75,000 + commission
Benefits $2,000 / year health spending account.
Vacation 15 business days/year.
Sick days 3 days/year.
Parking On-site (free).
Language Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Start Date As soon as an ideal candidate is fund.
Must Last two positions must be in account management, sales, commerce, or business development.
