We offer Relocation Assistance to help get you setup and on your feet. To get you on your feet, we’ll pay for 2 months of accommodations, and also give you a 30 day guarantee. Our technicians can make up to $50 per hour on Flat-Rate, with up to another $3 per hour Flat Rate in production bonuses.
We have a high volume used vehicle department, where internally, we spread the love for all Journeyman technicians to take part in inspection, and mechanical work to make flat rate hours.
To get even more hours, we have a full-functioning Outbound and Inbound Service Business Development team who help grow the retail side of business, along with the support of the Marketing team.

Our Journeyman has stackable bonuses based on the following:
Base Journeyman Rate: $42.00 per hour, plus;
Production Bonuses:
Flat Rate Average over 8 hours: $1.00,
Over 9 hours, another $1.00,
Over 10 hours, add another $1.00
For skill-based bonuses, if you have or do 20 hours of online training to get Chrysler’s Level 1 training, you get another $1.00 hour.
Level 2, with another 20 hours of training, get another $1.00 hour. Do another 50 hours of online/virtual training, and 2 in-class training sessions, get another $1.00 per hour added.
If you are also a Diesel, and/or Transmission technician, you get another $1.00 per hour each. If you’re EV certified, you there is another $1.00 per hour to add.
Have an Out of Province Inspection Certification? Get another $1.00 per hour. Are you a Chrysler Master Tech? Get another $1.00.
All these production, and skill-based bonuses, are stackable, on top of our Journeyman Flat Rate wage.
