Associate Dentist Opportunity – Join a Growing Patient-Focused Dental Practice

Position: Associate Dentist (Part-Time – 1 Day Per Week- Friday's)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Dentist to join our growing dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled clinician who values quality dentistry, patient relationships, and a collaborative practice environment.

Our practice is committed to delivering exceptional patient care through modern dentistry, clinical excellence, and a personalized approach. We are looking for a dentist who shares our commitment to providing comprehensive treatment while building long-term trust with patients.

Qualifications & Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

DDS/BDS degree from an accredited Medical Universite
Valid dental license and registration in good standing with the provincial regulatory body
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a practicing dentist
Strong clinical skills in general dentistry, including restorative procedures, crowns, bridges, and preventive care
Ability to confidently perform simple and surgical extractions
Ability to diagnose and complete root canal treatments independently
Experience with comprehensive treatment planning and patient case presentations
Strong understanding of dental procedures, clinical protocols, and infection prevention standards
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining high professional standards
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
Registered and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
Active membership and good standing with the Ontario Dental Association (ODA)
