We're Hiring: HVAC Outside Account/Sales Manager (Experienced)
Location: Greater Niagara Region | Full-Time
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 + Uncapped Commission

At McKeough Supply, a proud division of EMCO Corporation, we are searching for a results-oriented HVAC Outside Account/Sales Manager who is passionate about growth, service, and long-term customer success.
About the Role:
As an HVAC Outside Account/Sales Manager, you will:

Develop and execute strategies to generate new accounts and grow existing customer relationships.

Serve as a trusted advisor, offering technical solutions, product recommendations, and insights that drive value.

Be empowered with a competitive base salary + uncapped commission, allowing you to control your earning potential.

Work closely with our vendors and network of over 250 Profit Centres, representing industry-leading HVAC product lines.
Who You Are:

5+ years of HVAC/Construction sales or account management experience.

Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term customer loyalty.

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about helping others succeed.

Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a team-first, customer-centric environment.
