About the Role
Augury Healthcare is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Newfoundland and Labrador. This role is ideal for confident, adaptable nurses who thrive in fast-paced emergency settings and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
✔ $75–$85 per hour (experience-based)
✔ 4% vacation pay on all hours worked
✔ $150 per workday non-taxable stipend
✔ Travel and accommodation support (where applicable)

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients in an emergency setting
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
- Assist physicians during emergency and trauma procedures
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to patient condition changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Provide patient and family education and support
- Follow infection prevention and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience in Canada
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Eligible for or currently holding a Newfoundland RN license
- Current (or obtained prior to start date):
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC
- CTAS
- Valid Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Check
