What You’ll Do | Responsabilités

EN:

Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and data entry
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
Support month-end processes, reconciliations, and reporting
Respond to account inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
Communicate with clients and handle service-related transactions
Assist with service calls and coordinate work orders
Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and office operations
Follow up on service requests and support billing processes

Gérer les comptes payables et recevables, la facturation et la saisie de données
Maintenir des dossiers financiers précis à l’aide de logiciels comptables
Participer aux activités de fin de mois (rapprochements et rapports)
Répondre aux demandes liées aux comptes et résoudre les écarts rapidement
Communiquer avec les clients et gérer les transactions liées au service
Assister à la gestion des appels de service et coordonner les bons de travail
Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle par téléphone et courriel
Effectuer des tâches administratives (classement, organisation, soutien au bureau)
Assurer le suivi des demandes de service et soutenir les processus de facturation

What You Bring | Exigences

EN:

Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Bilingual in French and English (preferred)
Previous experience in accounting, administrative, or service roles is an asset
