About Us
We are a specialized industrial CT (Computed Tomography) inspection company that helps manufacturers solve complex quality, engineering, and product validation challenges. Using advanced X-ray CT technology, we inspect components non-destructively and provide customers with detailed internal and dimensional analysis that cannot be achieved using conventional inspection methods.
As a small, highly seasoned long term technical team, every member plays an important role in delivering accurate data and exceptional customer service. We work with manufacturers across a wide range of industries, with every project presenting unique engineering and inspection challenges.
About the Role
This is a specialized position that combines technology, engineering, and analytical problem solving. No previous experience with industrial CT software is required—we will provide comprehensive training.
You will learn to transform raw CT scan data into meaningful inspection results by reconstructing scan data, verifying image quality, analyzing components, and preparing professional reports for customers.
Unlike many technical data processing roles, this position also involves working directly with customers. Our team regularly communicates with customer quality and engineering personnel to understand inspection objectives, clarify technical requirements, review results, and ensure the data we provide supports their manufacturing and quality processes.
Following successful completion of your probationary period, you will receive advanced software training through the software manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Process industrial CT scan datasets using specialized software.
- Reconstruct raw scan data into high-quality 3D volumes.
- Verify scan quality and ensure datasets meet customer and internal requirements.
- Perform dimensional measurements, defect analysis, porosity evaluation, wall thickness analysis, assembly verification, and other inspections using specialized software tools.
- Prepare professional inspection reports tailored to customer requirements.
- Communicate with customer quality and engineering teams to clarify inspection requirements and discuss project results.
- Participate in technical meetings with customers, both remotely and in person when required.
- Maintain organized project documentation and digital records.
- Collaborate with fellow analysts and CT operators to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Continuously develop knowledge of industrial CT technology, manufacturing processes, and inspection techniques.
What We're Looking For
We're less concerned about specific experience and more interested in finding someone with the right aptitude.
You may be an excellent fit if you are:
- Naturally curious and enjoy understanding how products are designed and manufactured.
- Detail-oriented and committed to producing accurate work.
- Comfortable learning sophisticated software and technical concepts.
- Able to communicate clearly with both coworkers and customers.
- Interested in solving technical problems rather than simply following repetitive tasks.
- Professional and confident interacting with engineers, quality professionals, and manufacturing personnel.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with CAD, engineering software, quality inspection, manufacturing, metrology, 3D imaging, or technical report writing is considered an asset but is not required.
Training
Successful candidates will receive:
- Comprehensive in-house training.
- Hands-on mentoring from experienced team members.
- Advanced software training through the software manufacturer following probation.
- Ongoing opportunities to expand technical knowledge and inspection capabilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting $52,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Health, Dental, & Vision benefits following the probationary period.
- Partially Flexible working hours around normal business operating hours and arrangements with management.
- Paid technical training and professional development.
- A collaborative small-team environment where your work directly contributes to customer success.
Why Join Us?
Industrial CT is one of the most capable inspection technologies available for modern manufacturing. Every project introduces new products, new manufacturing methods, and new engineering challenges.
This starting position offers the opportunity to build expertise in a highly specialized field while working closely with manufacturers to help solve real-world engineering and quality challenges. If you enjoy learning, technology, analytical problem solving, and working directly with customers, we'd love to hear from you to start a long-term employment with us.
