About Amiron Ventures
Amiron Ventures is an AI-first software consultancy. We build software, implement AI and automation for efficiency, and help organizations design scalable, intelligent processes, then build them.
We operate in two parallel worlds. On one side, our roots are in early-stage venture building, taking business concepts from idea to market-ready product, and our developers still regularly build MVP software for early-stage technology startups. On the other, and where our long-term focus is headed, we work with established organizations on custom automations, custom software, and embedded consulting, integrating directly with their teams and processes.
Within that, Amiron operates as an AI-first consultancy in two directions:
- Building software. We develop using the latest AI tools, Claude, Codex, Cursor, and similar platforms, as the default way we design, build, test, and ship. Manual, hands-on coding is still a core skill our engineers use daily; the difference is that AI tools are woven into the workflow from architecture through code review, not treated as an occasional shortcut.
- Building AI capability inside other companies. We partner our development team with agile/scrum masters to teach and drive spec-driven development and AI-assisted engineering practices inside established organizations that have their own internal dev teams but haven't yet adopted tools like Claude into their workflow.
The Role
As a Junior Software Developer, you'll work across a genuinely varied portfolio: full-stack web and mobile apps, AI-powered internal tools, and custom automations. Some of your projects will be MVP builds for early-stage startups; increasingly, your work will shift toward long-term custom software and embedded consulting engagements with established organizations. Projects span healthcare, logistics, construction, agriculture, legal, finance, manufacturing, and more.
You'll also get exposure to a side of the business most junior roles don't offer: helping established companies' internal engineering teams adopt spec-driven development and AI-assisted workflows, working alongside agile/scrum masters as they modernize how their teams build software.
We believe AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, but we still believe great software comes from thoughtful architecture, clean code, maintainable systems, and strong engineering fundamentals. This role suits developers who want to build real engineering judgment and become fluent in AI-assisted development, not just one or the other.
Amiron Ventures works on a hybrid schedule with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and remote work on Wednesday and Friday.
Technical Skills

- Comfortable using GitHub for version control and collaborative workflows.
Soft Skills
- Proactive and action-oriented, willing to experiment, iterate quickly, and build without overthinking perfection.
- Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, in writing and verbally.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Comfortable collaborating in a team environment, including with non-engineering roles like scrum masters and business stakeholders.
Bonus Points

- Personal side projects showing initiative and genuine enthusiasm for building software from scratch.
- Ability to write clear, concise technical documentation for code, APIs, or project deliverables.
- Knowledge of database schema design and data modeling.
- Experience using Expo for React Native development.
