Duties
- Production & Preparation: Crafting high-quality products from scratch, including sausages, burgers, meatballs, and more.
- Precision Cutting: Cutting and processing a wide variety of meats and meat-related products.
- Fulfillment: Efficiently processing both retail and wholesale orders to perfection.
- Merchandising & Creativity: Designing eye-catching retail counter displays and helping brainstorm/ develop exciting new product offerings.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years in food production, meat processing, meat cutting, cooking, or a similar culinary environment.
- Availability to work a dynamic schedule that includes both weekdays and weekends (Our shop operates Tuesday through Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail, excellent food safety practices, and a collaborative, reliable attitude.
