About Us:
GlowPlay is an exciting indoor play space designed for kids to jump, climb, explore, and have fun! We are looking for energetic and friendly Play Leaders to ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for children and their families.
Job Overview:
- Engage with children and families to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
- Supervise play areas, ensuring safe and appropriate play at all times.
- Encourage children to participate in activities and follow playground rules.
- Assist with organizing and leading games, activities, and special events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas, equipment, and common spaces.
- Monitor for safety hazards and respond appropriately to incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service to parents and guardians.
- Assist with party and group bookings, including setup and cleanup.
- Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures.
Skills:
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and great with kids!
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay active and on your feet for extended periods.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
- Previous experience in childcare, recreation, or customer service is a plus.
