General Renovation Technician
Location: Moncton and surrounding areas
Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Renov8 Construction & Renovation Services Ltd. is looking for a reliable and skilled General Renovation Technician to join our growing team.
We are seeking an experienced individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and is comfortable performing a variety of residential renovation and repair tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of work.
Responsibilities
- Interior painting and touch-ups
- Drywall repair, patching, mudding, sanding, and priming
- Install laminate, vinyl plank (LVP), vinyl sheet, and VCT flooring
- Install doors, windows, baseboards, casings, and quarter round
- Perform minor carpentry and finishing work
- Complete general renovation and maintenance tasks
- Prepare work areas and maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow company safety standards and quality expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential renovation experience preferred
- Experience with painting, drywall repairs, flooring installation, door and window installation, and finish carpentry
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
- Own basic hand tools are considered an asset
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
