Position: Full-Time Automotive Service Technician (310S or 310T)
Schedule: Flexible 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts)
Compensation: $35.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Honda vehicles while also servicing a variety of other makes and models.
- Perform inspections and identify required maintenance and repairs.
- Complete warranty, maintenance, and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards.
- Accurately document inspections, repairs, and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair findings and timelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all health and safety policies and dealership procedures.
Qualifications
- Licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician (310T technicians with applicable experience are also encouraged to apply).
- Minimum two years of automotive repair experience preferred.
- Honda dealership experience is considered an asset but is not required.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using computerized diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
