Job Title: Crew Member – BarBurrito
We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Crew Members to join our BarBurrito team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and other menu items.
- Follow proper food preparation, portion control, and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, front counter, and dining area.
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily food prep tasks.
- Monitor and process in-store and online orders accurately.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as required.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and uniform standards.
- Support team members and management during busy periods.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
