Assistant Appointment Coordinator
Victoria Ford Alliance requires an energetic Assistant Appointment Coordinator to join our dynamic, results driven team. This position is 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) and is located at our beautiful brand-new 2nd floor Business Development Centre in Victoria, BC. This position is responsible for a high volume of appointment phone calls; therefore, previous reception experience would be considered an asset, although training would be provided for the right candidate.
Who you are:

A natural conversationalist with exceptional phone etiquette;

Detail oriented with strong organizational skills;

Capable of prioritizing and managing various tasks at once;

Enjoy a fast paced, high-energy environment;

Digitally literate with experience in Microsoft Office or similar applications;

Able to work well both individually and with a team.
What you will do:

Receive and confirm service appointments;
-
Offer customer outreach, including appointment and routine maintenance reminder calls;

Coordinate service shop work;

Provide general day-to-day operational assistance as required.
