As a Product Return Centre (PRC) associate, you will be part of a collaborative team that plays a key role in processing return products from our retail stores. You will support unloading, transporting, sorting, packing, processing and loading of goods. You will work with material-handling equipment and support all areas throughout the Distribution Centre as well as our Geek Squad City and Appliance Clearance Centre partners. All to help ensure our customers, colleagues, and vendors have an amazing experience.
Availability Requirements
Monday to Friday

Monday to Thursday: 1:00pm – 9:30pm

Friday: 11:00am – 7:30pm
Due to business needs, shifts may change.
What you’ll do as a Warehouse Associate

Facilitate the movement of products throughout the Distribution Centre, Geek Squad City, and the Appliance Clearance Centre.

Operate material‑handling equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace. (5S Methodology)

Unload trailers, receive, sort, and organize products based on their product return category.

Perform accurate put‑away and replenishment tasks so items are stored correctly and ready for processing.

Prepare orders / shipments back to our vendors.

Support receiving and processing client units for repair.

Build and wrap pallets according to vendor and customer shipment needs.

Completing required paperwork and documentation thoroughly and on time.

Enter data accurately into computer systems and RF scanners.

Meet all performance and productivity targets.
What we’re looking for

Ability to work well in fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with consistent bending and twisting.

A positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a supportive, team‑focused work environment.

Flexibility for shift changes and overtime during peak periods.

Walkie and Clamp licenses (or in the process of obtaining them).
-
Reach Truck certification (Mandatory)

A strong performance record in productivity, accuracy, and attendance.

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite is preferred.

Base pay range
Hourly pay rate: $19.25
