Electrogas is a rapidly expanding Safety Equipment company which specializes in Gas Detection and Safety Supplies across BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Responsibilities:
- Provide rental quotation as per customer requirements
- Monitor rental email and/or phone requests from customers, inside/outside sales
- Process new and management on-going rental contracts
- Issuing and returning rental equipment
- Manage or review of multiple billing cycles (weekly, monthly)
- Sale processing for consumables on rental contracts to customers
- Review outstanding rental contracts and billings up to date
- Provide timely and accurate rental invoice (short-term and cycle billing to customers)
- Outsource, facilitate (issue and return) 3rd party supplier and/or manufacturer rental equipment (including documentation, purchase orders, invoices)
- Process rental returns within 48 hours (inspect, clean, perform function tests equipment)
- Manage rental assets
- Perform function tests on all rental equipment
- Calibrate, diagnose and repair all rental assets
- Track, maintain & reconcile rental equipment
- Provide health status of rental assets
- Provide technical support to customers, service tech and inside/outside sales
- Documentation, trouble-shooting
- Assist inside/outside sales with customer info, rental quotation, rental contracts, rental inventory and sales equipment (replacement and/or new)
- Supply instructions for use training on the rental equipment to customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers licence
- Previous experience in a technical role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for record keeping purposes
