Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to company recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling toppings, and portioning dough
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and prep stations
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by cleaning utensils, surfaces, and equipment regularly
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of ingredients and finished products
- Serve customers at the counter or via takeout orders with friendly and professional service
- Support team members during busy hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to all health regulations and restaurant policies related to food safety and hygiene
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
