Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while maintaining attentive guest service
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout shifts
- Address guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training for new team members
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to handle basic math for billing, tipping, and cash handling tasks
- Experience in hospitality or guest services is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting with excellent time management skills
