We are seeking a passionate Senior Embedded Software Engineer to design and develop advanced rail solutions, working alongside dedicated teams committed to excellence. - Architect scalable embedded systems for rail applications, ensuring robust performance across diverse environments.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in embedded software or embedded controls engineering, in complex electromechanical systems.
- Strong hands-on experience in embedded software development using C/C++, including design, debugging, and maintenance of controller-based applications.
- Experience ensuring full traceability between requirements, implementation, validation evidence.
- Experience in laboratory validation environments, including development and maintenance of test benches and automation workflows using tools such as LabVIEW, NI software, MATLAB, or equivalent.
- Ability to work across multiple engineering domains (software, controls, electrical, validation) to troubleshoot issues at system level (controller, communication, sensors, actuators, test benches)
- Consistent achievement of project delivery timelines and strategic objectives.
- Effective collaboration and leadership within multidisciplinary teams.
- Reduction in software defects and increased operational efficiency through proactive troubleshooting.

Compensation
The expected compensation for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
