Job Summary
Bourgault Industries is looking for a Journeyperson Millwright or Electrician to join our Maintenance team in Vonda, SK. As part of this role, you will support the Highline Manufacturing team and provide maintenance and repair services for a variety of facilities and production equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair buildings, equipment, and grounds to support safe, reliable operations.
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Plan and complete maintenance work efficiently with minimal operational disruption.
- Coordinate with teams and suppliers to source parts and implement solutions.
- Document equipment issues and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
- Proactively identify and address potential equipment concerns before failures occur.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas while supporting continuous improvement.
Academic/Education Requirements
- Journeyperson – Millwright/Industrial Mechanic or Electrician.
Required Skills/Experience
- In-depth knowledge of metal fabrication equipment (welders, presses, saws, paint lines, lasers, conveyors, CNC equipment forklifts, etc.)
- Effective problem-solving skills, including a high degree of analytical thought and creativity.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems/electronics.
- Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Positive attitude showing a strong desire to learn and improve.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work on a wide variety of tasks.

Wage Range
$35.00 - $45.00 – Wage is dependent on experience and Journeyman designation.
