Mark's Yorkton is looking for a Commercial Business Account Sales Manager / Sales Associate to help grow our commercial business while delivering outstanding customer service to both business and retail customers.

What You'll Do
You'll play an important role in growing our commercial business while supporting day-to-day store operations by:
- Developing and growing business-to-business (B2B) sales throughout the Yorkton area
- Building and maintaining relationships with commercial customers
- Prospecting new businesses through networking, phone calls, email, and in-person visits
- Setting up commercial accounts and managing ongoing customer relationships
- Preparing quotes and coordinating large commercial orders
- Managing embroidery and custom logo apparel orders
- Providing exceptional customer service to business and retail customers
- Working closely with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Qualifications
- Previous retail sales and/or B2B sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer skills including email and order entry
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset for customer visits
