Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Immigration Consultant with proven expertise in Canadian immigration and the ability to position and offer our services to qualified clients. While your core responsibility will be to provide accurate, compliant, and professional immigration advice, you will also be expected to identify client needs, position our services as the right solution, and guide prospective clients toward moving forward with us.
The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of immigration law and procedures with strong interpersonal and consultative skills to help expand our client base while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to clients on Canadian immigration programs and policies.
- Prepare and submit immigration applications with accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct consultations to assess client eligibility and recommend optimal pathways.
- Position and offer our services to qualified prospects through effective consultations and relationship-building.
- Help prospective clients make informed decisions about proceeding with our services.
- Stay updated on evolving immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Represent clients in communications with IRCC and other relevant authorities.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and industry events to build brand presence and attract clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and encourage referrals through excellent service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be a licensed RCIC in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Canadian immigration consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to position and offer services in a way that builds trust and leads to client engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Express Entry, PNPs, LMIA, family sponsorship, and other immigration pathways.
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-centered approach.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet both compliance and business growth objectives in a remote environment.
