As one of the leading commercial real estate firms in Canada, we are looking to backfill our support team.
This temporary full-time position is ideal for a graphic designer with strong marketing experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment, working closely with the Marketing and Sales Coordinator to maintain brand, product, office, and client messaging and consistency by:
- Applying and/or create templates as needed to produce marketing materials to include; brochures, flyers, proposals, confidential packages, mailers, email blasts, maps, floor plans, signages, reports, and market surveys.
- Review marketing material specifications, and act as point of contact and liaison with centralized marketing, analysis, and research groups to coordinate the completion and submission of financial, marketing, and various client specific property data to incorporate into customized property information packages.
- Coordinate mass marketing mailings and maintain mailing databases.
- Prepare, update, collate and package reports as instructed.
- Create and maintain online listings on brokerage website and listing platforms.
- Manage company advertising both in print & web.
- Design and execute internal announcements and materials.
- Assist with daily office operations, including managing incoming inquiries, answering phones, kitchen upkeep, and providing administrative backup to the front office as required.
- Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure, manage deadlines all while handling multiple demands, and competing priorities.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively and efficiently with management, and support personnel in a multi-office environment.
- Priority consideration to those who can also be flexible to provide vacation coverage as well.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education (degree and/or diploma) in a related field.
- Previous Commercial Real Estate experience preferred but not required.
- Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills, copywriting an asset.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)- technical skills will be tested.
- Experience with MailChimp preferred.
- Detailed oriented and highly organized.
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities and challenges as needed.
- Eager to learn and be a team player and possess a can-do attitude.
- Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)- technical skills will be tested.
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience with InDesign.
- Experience with MailChimp preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
