Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in nail artistry and contribute to a welcoming salon environment. The Nail Technician will also assist with retail sales and promote additional services such as body waxing to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Duties
- Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure client safety and hygiene
- Provide body waxing services when needed, ensuring comfort and professionalism

- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and retail products
- Upsell additional services and retail items to maximize client satisfaction and salon profitability
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and friendly atmosphere
- Educate clients on proper nail care maintenance and aftercare instructions
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon setting
- Knowledge of various nail techniques, products, and sanitation procedures
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to perform body waxing services (nice-to-have)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to upsell retail products and promote additional services confidently
- Good sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients
- Retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary
- Certification or license as required by local regulations for nail technicians
