We are seeking experienced Structural Journeyman or Apprentice Ironworker to support us on a industrial project. You will be an integral part of the Ledcor team working on the Potash Mine project for our client.

Essential Responsibilities
- Erect structural steel for stick-built buildings and panelized projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements
- Position, align, and secure steel components through bolting, impacting, and proper fitting techniques
- Perform rigging, heavy lifting, and setting of structural assemblies and building modules
- Assist with complex lifts, including multi-crane operations and module installations
- Ensure structural alignment, integrity, and compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with supervisors, crane operators, and crew members to execute work safely and on schedule
- Maintain a strong safety focus while operating equipment, inspecting completed work, and keeping work areas organized
Qualifications
- Experience of working on a construction project in an industrial setting
- Have a Journeyperson ticket or be registered in an apprenticeship from a recognized provincial training authority
- Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
- OSSA CSTS / CSO, Fall Protection and Mobile Elevated Work Platform are an asset.
Working Conditions
- 14/7 rotation working 10 hours/day with possibility of additional OT
- Day and Night Shift available
- Travel/flight allowance for provided for non-local residents
- Camp based accommodation

- Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions.
