HVAC Technician
Bee’s Knees Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning – Vernon, BC
We’re looking for a reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position with steady work during peak season. Hours may vary during slower periods, but we aim to provide consistent year-round opportunities for the right person.
What We Offer:
- $45/hour for licensed Journeymen
- Modest commission on sales
- On-call rotation during peak season (with additional pay)

What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Eager to learn and willing to cross-train between trades
- Comfortable with both HVAC installations and service work
- Good communication skills and professional appearance
Requirements:
- Red Seal or equivalent HVAC certification
- Experience with furnace, A/C, and heat pump installation and repair
- Ability to perform estimates and present options to customers (training available if needed)
- Comfortable using mobile apps and technology
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Fireplace installation experience is an asset
