Trail Tire Commercial Edmonton Truck Centre is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative / Service Writer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the automotive, heavy-duty, or commercial tire industry who enjoys building customer relationships, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring exceptional customer service from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional manner.
- Prepare accurate estimates and work orders for mechanical and tire services.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs and technician inspections.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
- Provide customers with updates throughout the repair process.
- Source and price parts from suppliers.
- Prepare invoices and explain completed work to customers.
- Schedule appointments and manage daily shop workflow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet and retail customers.
- Follow up on estimates and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Assist with inventory and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Service Writer, or Service Advisor.
- Experience in the automotive, heavy-duty, commercial truck, or tire industry is considered a strong asset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computer-based shop management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
