Regal Milano is a luxury bespoke fashion house specializing in custom menswear and womenswear. We create premium suits, tuxedos, shirts, overcoats, and other made-to-measure garments with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
We are looking for an experienced Bespoke Tailor who is passionate about luxury tailoring, precision, and delivering an outstanding fit for every client.
## Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality alterations on men's and women's garments, including suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, skirts, overcoats.
- Construct bespoke garments from measurements, patterns, and design specifications.
- Take accurate body measurements and conduct professional fittings.
- Pin, mark, and alter garments to achieve the perfect fit.
- Perform advanced alterations, including jacket suppression, sleeve adjustments, trouser waist and seat adjustments, tapering, hemming, dress fitting, alterations
- Draft, modify, and adjust patterns when required.
- Work with luxury fabrics including wool, cashmere, linen, silk, velvet, cotton, and premium blends.
- Inspect all garments before delivery to ensure Regal Milano's quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the sales and styling team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer measurements, alterations, and fitting notes.
- Keep the tailoring studio clean, organized, and professional.
- Meet production and alteration deadlines while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.
## Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bespoke tailoring and luxury garment alterations.
- Strong experience in both men's and women's tailoring.
- Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and pattern making.
- Ability to independently perform complex alterations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
## Preferred Skills
- Bespoke pattern drafting.
- Hand-finishing and luxury tailoring techniques.
- Experience with Italian, European, or premium bespoke tailoring.
- Ability to mentor or train junior tailors.
- Experience working in a luxury fashion environment.
